Sixty people died in police firing in last two months.why and how?nobody is prepared to answer this question. This question as a matter of fact can not be answered by any body, because in a civilised society such incidents seldom take place, and if they take place the answers are provided by institutions and unfortunately there is none in Kashmir.
No body even in any other state would believe that high court is non functional for two months.Judges of high court are not powerless to make judicial system work even in adverse conditions.Bar is on strike, press is subjective and biased, legislators are hiding,Non governmental organisations are in hibernation.the existence of govt is discernible by seeing police everywhere and paying salaries to its employees without doing any work for those for whose service they are appointed.
Even in a state like Gujarat a home minister is behind bars for allegedly being a party to murder of an alleged offender. This has become possible because systems are in place, even a chief minister as powerful as Modi could not save his home minister.Innocent Children get killed everyday in streets of Kashmir and one has no place to even complain.
