Dr faisal made us proud by making it to IAS with highest honours.He richly deserves the accolades he is Recieving.Iam happy as every kashmiri appears to be.But Am sad also because i know every kashmiri boy and girl could be FAisal but ?

Not just every Kashmiri, i believe even every non-Kashmiri is also proud of Dr. Faisal..and every IAS aspirant wud be..I myself believe UPSC IAS is the toughest exam in the country and requires not jst thorough hardwork, best efforts for preparation but the sucess also depends a lot on the atmosphere and exposure that a student gets in his school and college..and above all a good and peaceful mental level to face the personality test...Despite hardships and hurdles such a level of success is definitely inspiring..i believe a little guidance is also required for this Exam and the teachers play an important role....apart from the hurdles in Kashmir, in other cities also, education, guidance and practice in the name of coaching for this Exam costs more than a lakh rupees ...
